Because shipping is hard on watches and can very easily change the condition of the watch. There may also be underlying issues with the watch that I am not aware of as I do not work on, repair or diagnosis watch issues. I do not guarantee them to be complete or to have all original parts. Again, you are buying this for parts or repair. There is absolutely no reason I should be contacted for a return or an issue regarding the condition of the watch.
